Email Us

The best way to reach us is by email. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

hello@videoprices.net

We're a small team, so we read everything but may not be able to reply to every message. We do read and act on all legitimate bug reports and missing GPU requests.

Report a Pricing Error

If you notice a price that looks significantly wrong compared to what Amazon is actually showing, please let us know. Include the GPU model name and the price you're seeing on Amazon.

Keep in mind that our prices are updated nightly, so a gap of a few dollars between our listing and Amazon's current price is normal. We're most interested in large discrepancies (50%+ off) that suggest our data pull failed for that product.

Before reporting: Amazon prices change multiple times per day. Our database reflects the price at our last nightly update. A "wrong" price may just be a price that changed after our update ran.

Request a Missing GPU

Our database focuses on graphics cards currently sold new on Amazon. If you notice a recently released GPU that's available on Amazon but missing from our list, send us the model name and the Amazon ASIN (found in the product URL: amazon.com/dp/ASIN/) and we'll evaluate it for inclusion.

We generally add new GPUs within a week of their Amazon listing going live, so if a card was just released, it may already be in our next update cycle.

General Questions

For general questions about how the site works, our FAQ page covers the most common topics. For everything else, feel free to email us.

We don't offer GPU purchasing advice, price predictions, or technical support for specific graphics cards. For those topics, communities like r/hardware and r/buildapc are excellent resources.
